Host a performance at our space!

$70/hour

•Access to the performance space, green room, kitchen, and bathroom
•Beautiful fireplace backdrop
•Tables and chairs for guests
•Casio keyboard piano with stand available for use

Add-Ons:
•Wine & Beer Service + Bartender: $25/hour
•Professional pianist: $150/2 hour performance
•Event coordinator: $25/hour
•2 hour dress rehearsal before event: $50

Tickets for guests are priced at $10/person. Any revenue beyond base rental and wine & beer service from ticket sales is returned to performer.
*Pianist, event coordinator, and dress rehearsal are paid separately. 

MONTHLY CABARET

Perform in our monthly musical theatre cabaret! Each month, we offer
6 performers an opportunity to showcase their talents. Performers are asked to select two songs for the performance.
Video footage is provided to each performer.

$50/performer, or sell 5 tickets to family and friends for $10/person
*Fees are included to pay pianist

First Friday of each month.
